Hello Everyone,
We all know how tough things are in this economy right now and have been for the last couple of years and unfortunately karting has suffered as it is one of the first things that family’s cut and understandable so. I believe right now the best thing to do is to continue to support your local tracks so they can make it through these rough times, lets face it we need tracks!!
I believe also that right now the best thing for everyone tracks and karters is for the series to take some time off and let the local tracks try and continue to increase their kart counts which will in turn provide a base to once again be able to support a healthy series, which we have been fortunate to have for many past years. So with that being said the Burris Northeast Pavement Series will not run the 2010 racing season.
Good luck and safe racing to all our karters and once again THANK YOU!! for making this series the premiere series of the northeast.
